Do you order corsages at your local florist?

So I've lived in a place where there was no mystical prom and

I'm really wondering about this whole corsage Do you just call your florist and tell them what

color/kind of corsage you want?

Can give you a semi-detailed process?

Do you order corsages at your local florist?
You can indeed get them form your local florist, however, you can sometimes save a good but of money by buying one at a grocery store that has a nice floral department so you may wnat to check there first.
Reply:You pretty much call or go to the florist and tell them what you want, or they may have a catalog. The florist may be able to make a suggestion based on what the girl is wearing (color, her preferences, the guy's budget). BTW, the guy pays for the corsage and presents it to the girl when they get ready to leave her house. In my case, my grandma made mine using silk flowers, much cheaper and it lasted the whole weekend (I went to two proms).
Reply:yeah. call. and tell them what floewr you want. or even try the local grocery store!
Reply:Yes, for me i just called and asked if they made them and they said yes so they asked me what i wanted and i gave them details and done... i meen they sell them like @ grocery stores now like when prom comes along its very odd
Reply:Visit your florist and discuss the color of the dress, etc. They usually have nice photos to give you an idea of what you may want.
Reply:Most often if the guy is buying the corsage/boutonniere package, you just need to tell him what kind of flower will go best with your dress.

If your man is unsure, you and him may want to head to your local flower shops and inquire within. Most stores have a binder filled with pages of corsage designs that you can look at and choose.

Make sure you are getting a good deal! It may take several trips to different floral establishments before you find a price that fits your budget. I am not going to lie to you- most packages range from $25-$75 depending on how fancy the corsage is and what type of flower you use.

I wish you the best of luck and have a FABULOUS time at your prom. :)
