Troubles with job?

okay so, i work at a local florist. one of those places that has been around for years and years. ive been working there for 2 months and i constantly make mistakes! there are so many little things that no one has taken the time to tell me about. i constantly get yelled at for making mistakes on orders and other things like that. fine okay i make mistakes but it would be nice to be told what to do. my bosses are over 70 and they dont care about being nice anymore. she is a moody old woman and i dont know what to do. one minute she is yelling at me the other she is smiling at me. i feel tossed around. any ideas? (im 18)

Troubles with job?
There are two things you can do. First, be frank and honest with your boss, tell her that you want to do a good job, but need her help in order to get there. You want to know how they want you to do the job and take notes. This may or may not work. The collective knowledge is stored in the bosses head and since your new, they don't know what you don't. They also sound like they do not know how to train.





Second thing to do is to start looking for another job-Good luck
Reply:First talk to your boss, tell them how you feel and what you need to do a better job. If they listen and help good, stay there. If not, start looking for a new job.
Reply:yes find another job! Get a resume together and go to other florist shops with better bosses. Also do you ask for help if you are not sure of something.
Reply:look for a different job or ask for more training
